This Santa and 3 reindeer was new this year at Home Depot and was extremely hard to find. Most stores in middle Tennessee got 3 or 4 of them and they sold out right away. I asked if they would sell me the display and they would not until they were sure they would not get more in. They told me to keep checking back. I went in every couple days and finally they told me they were expecting 3 in that night and I should be there when they opened the next morning. I got there at 5:30 am and they said the truck didn't come in, sorry. A week later I'm coming off Smyrna golf course and my wife calls and says the Murfreesboro Home Depot is showing 3 on their website. I head that way and tell the wife to call and try to buy one. She calls back and says they won't answer the phones and now only 1 shows in stock. I get there and there are none on the floor. I go to customer service and ask if they have any more and he says you're in luck. We have 1 behind the customer service desk. Some guy came in 10 minutes ago and asked us to save it while he went to get a dolly to load it on. He came back a few minutes later and said he'd changed his mind - he didn't want to spend the 199 on it. They were just about to put it back on the floor and it would have been snatched up immediately.

This thing is so cool. It's a little over 9 feet long and the plastic is heavier than typical blow molds. It comes with cheap little stakes to hold it down but they would be worthless in any decent breeze so I have rebar in the ground behind the legs and a zip tie to hold them. It's very sturdy now. 199 seems like a great price for this item. People had them on Ebay for 600-800 dollars. It's a miracle I lucked into one.
