Several years back me and some coworkers had some afternoon time free and went down to the brewery in northern CA. We just missed the last tour. After asking one of the guys some very specific questions on their process the guy cocked his head and said ok you know a bit about this. Come with me. We got a private tour with extra samples at the end. I bought extra six packs and tipped him well. Good times.

Sweet! Their new brewery in Asheville NC (about and hour and half from me) is top notch.
