Thanks for the compliment but my situation is not that different from yours.

This role is ideally suited for one of our community members who is retired and has the schedule flexibility to reliably post the threads. It is a plus if the game thread person has a relatively conflict free persona, which also disqualifies me.

I did take over the role for a few weeks two seasons ago when CJ once again had taken his ball and gone home and, per Rickster's comment above, it's not that much work. It just having the time to consistently post the game info 48 hours before each game.

Anyone taking up the thread responsibility, you don't have to do the predication score tallying competition. That is a pretty recent thing.

Coach Jumper will be back,he always comes back... I really have no beef with the guy but most of the flack he gets, he brings upon himself... The 80% smilin and he guarantees this and that... If it hits he gets praised but if he misses he should be able to take the heat... Even keel, people, even keel.

Coppin State is near the bottom of the NCAA (338th) in turnovers/game and opponents' steals/game (357th), so I'd like to see continued progress with our press. Not one but two of their senior guards had double-doubles with points and turnovers against Arizona State (yikes!). If I'm being greedy, I'd love to actually see Coop get a triple-double today with steals (and points and assists)!

On the flip side, Coppin State is near tops in fouls drawn/game (17th), so it would be nice to see us defend without fouling so much.
