If you’ve ever worked in a kitchen, you are uneasy about eating out anywhere.

I once saw a regional manager helping in a kitchen by working the grill. He picked a steak up off the grill with the tongs, turned to look at the ticket, dropped the steak on the ground, didn’t realize it, stepped on it, threw it back on the grill, turned it over, sent it out.
I was just a cook in college at the time so I didn’t say a word.

Working at the TGI Fridays in Chattanooga. Got sent down to Alabama as a cook for a restaurant that needed help. They sent cooks for a couple weeks and paid us well to help train new cooks. There was a Bama football player working there as a cook. A lady sent her burger back a couple times so he put his pecker on the burger before cooking it some more. I mentioned it to the managers………who were too scared of the player to say or do anything.

The lesson is don’t send your food back
