I don’t always agree with EastTN, but he is correct you have to have an above average D to win in the SEC. At the end of the day it’s a LOS league. In today’s game you need good balance, you better be good at both. But teams with very good defenses win and compete for championships. GBO

AtoZ Sports is reporting that Tim Banks is a big candidate for DC at VaTech. This makes me think CJH is getting ready to make big changes on D.

lol our defense let a mediocre ass offense score 38 at our house in regulation. Georgia will forever be on Tim bum ass Banks and the defense. We scored 38. Should have been a 3 score win.

No doubt scoring is important and good offenses find a way to score on the toughest of teams. Still, my point about having a strong defense and being tough at the LOS stands. GBO
