I was lucky, all in we spent about $2500 on our wedding.

Counting the dress and the food we might have gotten there. Closer to $2k though IIRC. The church and pastor were free though.

we just went and got our wedding rings, the absolute cheapest we could have walked out of there was that 2500.

Holy hell I’m beat. Wife took off for lunch with her girlfriends and left me to put out the trashy yard art. And we have a good bunch of it too. Plus one of the old ass pieces was clearly beyond saving on lights but I wasted an hour with an ohm meter trying to fix it. She gets back right as I’ve got the cords routed and taped up and I tell her tag she’s it. Finish dressing out the cables and tidy it up. I’m going to make a bourbon and coke. And when I get back from TN I gotta rewire that damn elf ladder.

Don’t have the entry garland or bows on yet that’s tomorrow morning but here’s where I left it. We have the lights done by a neighbor fireman who has a holiday side business doing it. Because pushing 62 I’m not gonna fall off a damn ladder and take myself out of the gene pool.
