If UT does not score over 80 points in this game I may have to scale down my expectations for the offense in the near term.

Last years schedule was inherited. Kim had input to this year's schedule and it toughened up but great schools are not really interested in being a part of the return of our Lady Vol brand. Wait until her teams are 100% winning then teams will HAVE to play her. Right now they , IMO, don't have to.

The good news is it all turns around next season LSU, Sc, UConn, UCLA, Ole MIss, and Oklahoma for sure all at home. If we can get the players to go with the ones we already have it will be a season to remember. This one could still be, but were going to need to do it the tough way.

I think MTSU was a three game deal set up under Kellie. One game at a neutral site, one game at home, and one game away. We lost the neutral site game in Kellie’s last year and won last year at home in a very tough game. Being an alum from there, I keep up with them quite a bit. They are very down this year with no starters from last year returning; however, they have been known with Insell to take down some decent teams quite frequently in the Boro. It would not surprise me if it is closer than some our predicting.

I have a long wish list for new trends to start with this game to help us become a good team. Here is just a few:
--First and foremost, Jersey to exponentially improve her 1 field goal attempt a game. Has made only 1 bucket the entire season. She doesn't have to be one of our best, but this has been shocking.
--Zee needs to shoot way better than 33% and build her confidence in her shot back up.
--Mia has been impressive but needs to average more than her current 1.75 assists a game.
--Robinson needs to learn team ball on offense, which means way fewer shots, higher FG % than
current 27%, and more assists. Possible actually try to aim the ball on drive and penetrate.
--Jaida needs more time on the court.
--Deniya and Boyd need to build from their last game, which was their best.
--Latham - please come back ASAP.
I think some and possibly will happen with more time together and coach's feedback. I just selfishly want to see it start to happen at the MTSU game.
