🤣. Caught me off guard when I opened this thread. Laughed enough to lose food I was chewing, now everyone is thinking I'm crazy 😆

HBPW secured a 6 pounder.
The last time I bought a rib roast of similar size, I cut away the bones and cut it into six thick ribeye steaks (I didn’t have the company with whom to share the whole roast).

Edit: Given the price of ribeyes from the butcher, I did well with the roast being on sale. Slow cooked the ribs on the smoker. Cooked two of the steaks and froze the other four.
