Ability like Boo's very attractive to coaches, they see the potential. It is like the drop dead gorgeous psycho girl, a lot of dudes are going to bite.what's crazy to me about the Boo situation is how does his baggage not follow him.
How do schools not call Tennessee and check what kind of teammate he was or background checks, etc.
They all just see the potential and think they can fix it. Willing to be blind and try.
He's about to get paid...more.So the Kiffin drama is unfolding with Kiffin sending someone in his camp to Gainesville yesterday and LSU today. I'm still not convinced he's serious about leaving but now there are 3 very attentive fan bases watching Kiffin's every move and everything he tweets gets interpreted as some sort of message he's trying to send when it appears mostly what he's doing is just the typical things he does every year on Twitter to hype up his team and play his role.
I would not say he was aggressive last year. The only year where I felt he was agressive was 2022.Yeah and I am going to vent a pet peeve of mine. Saying a coach likes to play bend but don’t break is a misnomer. Coaches are typically forced to play that way because they don’t have the talent to be more aggressive. Banks would be dramatically more aggressive if he had his two injured corners as he proved that last year. Not claiming he’s a great d-coordinator but he would be much better if he had some more talent. He also deserves blame for that lack of talent.
He loves the drama and people talking about him. He’s a male Kardashian. Add interior D line to that as well. We just haven't been as good up front as we were last yearYeah and I am going to vent a pet peeve of mine. Telander would look a whole lot better if he took good angles and could move around the flat better.I don't think T is as bad as folks make out, but he's a coverage liability for sure. Spillman and Perlotte have shown they're far better than any other LBs we have in that area.
Just gotta hope Bolton isn't out there because the talent/youth have figured it out enough to jump him. I don't mind these walk-ons earning their way...but man when you can see on the field how behind they are from a speed level it's frustrating.
I thought he was pretty aggressive last year most the time. My overall point (though poorly stated), was meant as most coaches employ bend but don’t break when they don’t have the horses. Some also do it with big leads and 3rd and long. I personally hate the strategy but can understand why they do it. I’m also not Banks number one fan but think he’s not quite as bad as the current narrative. I would love to see a much more aggressive defensive strategy.I would not say he was aggressive last year. The only year where I felt he was agressive was 2022.
