Man, did anybody see that Highway patrolman shoulder check the two S.C. players then wag his finger and yell at them? Kudos to the players for not taking the bait and talking back to him.
Internet said he lost his job at games.

Hope it's true. No call for that BS. I hate meatheads in positions of authority.

When slowing the video down, I think he even flares his elbows out to make sure he contacts the kid

100%. I watched the replay this morning. Originally I thought he only shoulder checked the guy who scored.

But he wasn't even in the tunnel when they run up it, and on the way back he flared both elbows out and intentionlly ran into 2 SC players, then screamed at them to get back to the field. Entitled power hungry jackass.

Yep, I’d love to see him act like that when he’s not hiding behind his badge

Yep, I’ve known some very good law enforcement people, but some people have no business being in law enforcement whatsoever. The problem is that those types of jobs attract the types of personalities that are the least qualified.

Agreed.
Good people in all walks of life. But if there’s going to be thugs in a uniform, it needs to be a sports jersey and not a police uniform. The second is much more dangerous to society

I understand why he followed them and ordered them out of the tunnel. Keeping people where they are meant to be during the event is why he was getting paid to be there.

The shoulder check was childish and not acceptable when you consider the reverse is assaulting a law enforcement officer and very serious.

Lol...this is a major reach.

For one, they are football players playing in the game. They aren't fans or random people, he knew exactly who they were and why they were there and at best they were going to be there for like 15 seconds.

And two no, he didn't follow them and order them back, he didn't say a word to them until AFTER he bumped into them then played Mr. Officer. They were already walking back to the field and he walked in the middle of them and initiated contact.

For one thing, the SC player was walking off a hamstring pull after he got to the end zone. I don’t blame the player for that. This clown was just an Aggie fan that was butthurt because SC scored and thought it was OK because he has a badge.
