Sarah Strong makes watching UConn games bearable for me. What an awesome player. Does it all out there and has the same calm demeanor the entire time. Seems like a genuinely nice young lady as well. They’re going to have a lot of success as long as she is there.
Non-call on the foul against OSU G.
It wasn’t as bad in the Belmont game, but I’m amazed at how other teams hand check and get the benefit of the doubt on contact guarding compared to how quickly touch fouls are called against Tennessee.
It’s literally identical defense in different uniforms.
I would like to see Belmont vs Ohio State.. I think Belmont has more team talent. Cambridge probably starts to consider her future at OSU some point this season.

I see #7 Baylor will be playing Le Moyne (the other Syracuse team) today at 3pm. I will be periodically checking the score, but I anticipate a massive beatdown. The Dolphins are still in their transition period to D1 basketball and have struggled even in the NEC.
Le Moyne plays in a glorified high school gym and the women draw maybe 100 people a game. I usually see a game or two when conference play starts. The tickets are a bit overpriced (JMO) but at least the concessions are cheap!
Marta is absolutely on fire against NC State. I’m glad she finally found the right fit.
Even though TCU has a lot of new pieces they have a lot of really good veteran players. They’re going to be really tough come March. Already looking very good.
OSU getting votes to be in the Top 25 really had no substance to it. That team isn’t very good at all..
Now I would like to see Belmont vs Ohio State on a neutral court.
Also I never understood why but fans get themselves caught up in assuming just because 1 or 2 teams start off the season playing decent or solid that means later in the tournament they will be a team to beat.
Nobody knows what any team will look like come conference play let alone the NCAA tourney. So much can and does happen week to week.. game to game. We’re very familiar with that process.
Pump the brakes fanatics.
Good win for TCU. Good challenge for NC State. Both teams have a long season ahead.
TCU played well but I thought NC State also just stunk it up a little today. They struggled to shoot the ball and a lot of them were good looks. They weren’t good from the line today either, only 54%.
