Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

Our game in Gainesville will come down to Joey Aguilar. He has not played well in our losses. But he's more than capable of playing well enough to beat Florida.

I disagree. Next week will come down to our defense, our offense has been stalling over the last few weeks so if our defense can’t stop Lagway we’re done.

Riddle me this folks:

Why is Lane considered the hot commodity by the media and most fan bases when CJH has had one less year here than Lane has had at OM and CJH has a better resume in that time? Despite taking over a far worse situation. LK didn't beat a ranked opponent on the road until this year

Again, in one less season. Best Lane can do is match

Raised Ole Miss expectations 10 fold, they expect to win every game they play now.

Raised recruiting level to an all time at Ole Miss and is great at using the portal, his biggest asset in my opinion is his portal savy.

Doesn’t have a ton of wins over bigger programs, but never gets run out of the stadium against them either, competitive in every game.

Seldom drops games to lesser opponents, wins the games they are expected win.

Plays an exciting brand of football, plays to win, goes for a lot of 4th downs.

A lot of his appeal to some people is probably due to his persona too. Some people like that Spurrier like behavior to and in the media I guess. I’m not one of them.

TN even when it’s down is a better situation than any at Ole Miss. TN has far better resources, better recruiting budget, better facilities and a much bigger fan base.

Just what I see.

TN down multiple scholarships and under the cloud of a NCAA investigation is not better IMO. With many predicting we would get crushed
Lane has lost several dumb games. Again he's won one road game against rank team

TN has been an ass program for 29 years. In 5 seasons, despite 2 of them being impacted by sanctions, 2 top 10'a and a CPF. Our fan base is the most abusrd in history
