@WestTennesseeFox refuses to let this thread die a slow death

The story goes that Saban was lured to Miami to try his hand at coaching in the NFL. He was miserable and wanted a way out. Lucifer offered him a deal. Glory and riches would be his if he agreed to become Lucifer’s vessel in the corporeal plane.

Saban took the deal and became head football coach at B***, a place that would sell their souls for a dominant football program. Lucifer was pleased at the prospect of harvesting so many Baptist and Methodist souls, but being the trickster that he is, he repeatedly reminded Saban of his servitude with losses to ULM, Utah, and others.

Still, through the pact, Saban did achieve glory and riches, even being featured on the cover of Forbes magazine. Little consequence was visited upon B*** during this time, and we can be certain that the ultimate doom was and will be visited upon numerous Alabamians when their eternity is in the lake of fire.

With Saban having stepped away and enjoying his role on television as coach emeritus and poobah extraordinaire, one wonders if he frets that the bill will come due at the end of his days. What will be his reckoning?
