You know you won’t do any of that. Even if you did, 24,000 people will take your spot.
The waiting list is BS too! After I renewed past two years they immediately call next day about add-ons 2-4 more tix.

But hey, if you want the BIG ORANGE SCREW to run your life, more power to you!

I pretty much do everything cashless...mainly bc I don't have any, but I digress. Seriously though, I pay everything online or with Venmo/Debit/CashApp/Zelle and I hate the process they have at the games to get in bc the cell service in that area is trash. That is the biggest issue.

You ever observed aynwhere you can go swipe a card how absolutely inept people are at performing a supposedly easy task??

85% of our customers, and this is no exaggeration, always try to hand me their card when the scanner is literally chest level staring them in the face, and I have to point. Like, is this the only place in town you do this? Do you attempt to hand the Walmart cashier your card?
I'm 47 years old. when I was little people used checks, and CC's had to be manually processed on carbon paper.

I was in a town in SW virginia that had only mag strip card readers last week. It was heaven.

My point is you can lead a horse to water but you cant make us drink. Ill always sub consciously hand my card to attendant. Or slide it in the reader.

How about online ordering and delivery to your seat?

They need to bring back the refreshments folks who pace up and down the stairs. “Cold beer here!”

I find it difficult to believe that cash is quicker than scanning. Maybe it’s the “tip” question? Other than that, it probably has a lot to do with barricading the concessions and restrooms underneath the press boxes. We have left the greater people restricted to fewer options.
Having beer men would definitely help

I work with it every day... And have for 20 years running a QSR. Every cash transaction is 4x longer for most people. You want to talk data? If every person uses a card it improves dt efficiency by about 20-30%.

Everything being digital has not been more efficient, it's been less efficient. Everything is at a slower pace because of digital this digital that, people fumbling with their phones. Phones, apps, technology, etc not working

You’re forgetting the part where there are 100,000 people in a single venue, made up of concrete, steel, and aluminum. Also wrapped with thousands of feet of copper wiring and everyone is holding their own personal transmitter.

If the WiFi can’t handle the bandwidth of 100,000 people, then it would be faster for everyone to pay in pennies.

Bless you child. lol.

I will tip my hat to technology when it comes to banking and bill paying however. Nothing like setting up auto pays, and tracking account balance, etc. than online/mobile banking.

All Danny White cares about is the wine and cheese crowd. Football, Basketball, and baseball atmosphere is not what it was because of overpricing the common fan. He ruined the baseball crowd when he moved the student section. He is more concerned about light shows

Auto pay is easy. It has evolved as my mind digressed. nothing more aggravating than realizing you forgot to log in to an account and click on pay bill.

I used to be more efficient on auto pay from the banking app when I was in GA. Just have never set all that up again on my TN banking app. But, I have gone into most of my creditor apps like Verizon, Dish, credit card apps, etc., and set up autopay through taht avenue. Ultimately all works the same.

I still pay all my bills thru apps. No checks now. But, only 2-3 I actually log in and intitiate the payment. I totally hated waiting on the monthly bank statement to sit down and balance the account for an hour, just to start writing checks. The art of floating money with the bill paying process is a bygone talent.

Empirical Evidence. Concession lines are much longer than they ever were before. Is that because the transactions are more efficient? I don't see how that could be the case.
You are aware the concession sales totals by volume and revenue are at current all time highs? People are spending more in the stadium now than ever, especially with the sale of alcohol. There is no logical way to imply that cash is faster. Statistics prove that to be unequivocally false.

I'm tired of this take. Every time I hear someone say it they sound mad they can't afford tickets to a game so they want a hand out. He doesn't not care about a certain "type" of fan because he makes moves that are financially beneficial. I'm not trying to be rude but you have to stop being so self centered. The world doesn't revolve around you. Tickets are up all around the world. You can blame places like TicketMaster. Not Danny.

If you think the concessions aren't hard wired, I assume you think there's someone lighting the fireworks that go off too.

The Wi-Fi sucks because of the building composition but skyscrapers do business every day because they're wired to do business and so is Neyland.
