The Atlanta Braves

Add him to the OF rotation?

They’re going to play Mike. Rotate DH ABs for Ronald, Buxton and Profar? Backup catcher ABs?

Very RH lineup. Olson and Baldwin only LH.

Against RH Starters, ideally you would have Ozzie, Harris, Baldwin, Profar (DH), and Olson. That is 5 LHH.

In the event Harris continues his downward spiral, Buxton becomes your FT CF.

OK. Then you still have 3 good LHH bats against RHP any given night. How many do you realistically expect?

And you have Harris and Ozzie who have been good in the past and at least flashed a return to form the 2nd half of last season. There is at least a decent possibility that they aren't the worst hitters in the league for half a season again.

I would realistically expect them to not trade for Byron Buxton unless it involves Sean Murphy which makes zero sense for the Twins.

buxton would probably be the nail that hammers the coffin shut on my fandom

an aging player with maybe the worst injury history in the last 60 years

You prolly laughed when Philly signed him.

He hit 187 HR in 4 years.
He was mediocre year 1. Terrible year 2. Good year 3 and great year 4.

We'd be better off banking on Ozuna rebounding for dirt cheap rather than handing out 100 million or more to that fat slob Schwarber.

I mean you all you do is complain about OIson constantly. Now you want to hand out a huge contract to a worse version of Matt Olson?
