This is laughable and grossly misrepresented.![]()

If they're serious about relieving congestion in the concourses, they'll go back to cash only concessions. The concession lines are 10x longer (causing total gridlock in the concourses) than they used to be because the freaking transactions take 10x longer than they used to take with cash. Same with the damn paperless tickets. It isn't a problem of not enough physical space, it is the bottlenecks created by highly inefficient transactions.![]()

How is cash faster? Absolutely untrue. If they're serious about relieving congestion in the concourses, they'll go back to cash only concessions. I have gone to games when there were 109,000 people there and the concourses were NEVER as gridlocked as they have been the last few seasons of cashless/paperless.
They need to adopt the Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru model. If they're serious about relieving congestion in the concourses, they'll go back to cash only concessions. You ever observed aynwhere you can go swipe a card how absolutely inept people are at performing a supposedly easy task??How is cash faster? Absolutely untrue.
They need to adopt the Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru model.
Have a person about 5 to 7 people away from the counter taking orders and payments.
Once you get to the counter, all you are doing is grabbing your food and leaving.
I've seen the local CFA roll more than 500 cars through the Drive Thru during a single lunch hour...it's crazy efficient.
A lot of high end car washes run this same model.
This is just getting beyond absurd. I’ve got the perfect place for expansion. How about where you pulled out seats to put in a jumbo tron and a private access beer garden??![]()

Empirical Evidence. Concession lines are much longer than they ever were before. Is that because the transactions are more efficient? I don't see how that could be the case.
Was that when they were selling alcohol and had to check your ID twice? The double ID check is what creates a lot of the huge lines.
How about online ordering and delivery to your seat?
They need to bring back the refreshments folks who pace up and down the stairs. “Cold beer here!”

I find it difficult to believe that cash is quicker than scanning. Maybe it’s the “tip” question? Other than that, it probably has a lot to do with barricading the concessions and restrooms underneath the press boxes. We have left the greater people restricted to fewer options.
Just imagine how much worse it would be if they charged reasonable prices! You ever observed aynwhere you can go swipe a card how absolutely inept people are at performing a supposedly easy task??
85% of our customers, and this is no exaggeration, always try to hand me their card when the scanner is literally chest level staring them in the face, and I have to point. Like, is this the only place in town you do this? Do you attempt to hand the Walmart cashier your card?
Huh? It’s physically just as big. They put chair back seats in that reaction, plus an additional concourse inside the seating area for better access. It’s the way the whole stadium should have been built. Neyland access is a nightmare and Danny’s “upgrades” are making it worse.Never understood why that (newer closed in), in zone, was never built as large as the other closed in, in zone size.
They did the Chick-Fil-A technique at Mississippi State when I went a couple months ago. My son and I were shocked at how efficient it was. They need to adopt the Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru model.
