McRib Is Back

The trick to eating a McRib is always with the eyes closed. If you catch a sectional glimpse of the meat after biting it...

Well, I have doubts the "pork" has any pork in it

Not a bite
Come to think of it, I would have to concede that I also may have had only one in my life just to see, but I'm sure I've not had one the 11 years we've been in TN. Or maybe I had one here with my son, and that was only time. Can't recall exactly.

I just have a general distrust of McD, even though I do use them on occasion. When you send me to the I'll serve you later parking space every time I order a Quarter Cheese meal because those are "made fresh", but you always without fail bring me a cold/dry quarter cheese that did not just come fresh hot off the grill.......

IDGAF, it's good lol.

Plus, I know I've eaten waaaaaay worse in Iraq
Good point. My BIL said to never ask what is in an MRE when your out in the field. However, you were in proximity to some possibly well prepared goat dishes in that neck of the woods.

To be fair though, I may break down and get a McRib this year just to say I investigated it. Long as they don't try to BS me that it's fresh made to order like the cold dry Quarter Cheese marketing scam.

Have never been able to make the connection between the nutrition you guys need(ed) to do what you had to do...and what the miltary fed you in chow hall. Prob better food in the 7th grade lunch line. Unless you got to eat in officers dining maybe.
