Ja is shooting 35.6% on 2's. Nearly 1/3 of his shots are 3's where his shooting 10.7%. He's averaging 6 turnovers per game in November.

He's a black hole now. I'd be curious what the staff thinks of his effort. I assume this is his way of getting traded? Or he's washed already?

Did you listen to the whole thing?

I don’t think he was providing cover for Ja because he spent much of the segment slamming Ja.

He was calling out the roster and went out of his way to very pointedly call out Kleiman without naming him.

Most of those first 2 segments, yes. Don’t disagree that he was critical. He disagreed that Ja is washed. And partly blamed the roster on Ja’s struggles, which certainly could be a contributing factor to his fall off.

And the roster is Kleiman and Pera’s doing. And for that, they should be held accountable. But they are not and will not be.

I know I said it a few posts ago, but the beginning of the end and what history should look at with this failed window is the 2022 offseason and drafting 4 rookies and only one is still on the team, barely hanging by a thread.

Not to mention allowing veteran rotational players to walk and allowing those rookies to replace them.

This team has KCP, Jitty, Vince, and Jock either starting or in the rotation. How is that not an indictment on Kleiman....

Ja has quit on this team. This is about to get really ugly.

Iasalo has been ass.

Trip has regressed (although Ill give him benefit of doubt due to offseason injury)

Wells has been ass.

Santi is the wish.com version of Pau with Memphis. Plastic stats but contributes nothing to winning.

If the team has the intention of staying in Memphis, they need to go ahead and sign the lease. That will make the inevitable much easier to swallow for the bulk of the fanbase....

The Ja trade comes before the signing. And the declining attendance and morale is justified by the league to remove the franchise from the market.

That's the likely scenario. It was the likely scenario before Ja quit...

The City isnt known for their due diligence. If a deal was to be done, it would have been done already....
