This team has to go to Middle Tennessee real soon and they are a lot better than this team. Granted threes are falling in that half for Martin. Better not let them hang around in the third this could be a really ugly loss.

Try not to overreact and I figure we’ll pull away in the second half, but that was as bad a half of basketball I have seen us play in a long time. No shade to their players but being tied with UT Martin is pretty embarrassing. Kim has her work cut out to get this team to gel and make all the mass substitutions work.

ruby and zee had a ton of chemistry on court and ruby was mostly the lone bright spot in the loss against texas last march

Well I listened on radio and from the broadcast we missed many open shots which then affected Defense and lack of energy. All tied up at half really bad offense gets you just 33 points at half. Let's see how they play 2nd half. In CHRIST Alone

honestly valid. She was fouled tons that half and it wasn’t called. Her coach isnt helping much with it.

No way we play as poorly in the 2nd half, but it highlights the same concerns from last year. When this team is "on" they can beat anyone, when they aren't ... well, you have today. Fortunately, we still have a significant talent advantage and there's no way UTM is going to win this game. We can't do this in SEC play and expect to be elite. That's the concern.

i knew losing ruby would make this season a battle, but i did not expect it to hurt us this bad. she really was a huge part of our team. we’re really struggling with roles since her departure.
