Move the ball well, then switch QBs, does nothing, then go for it on 4th and 6 in FG range?

Curious. So what coach in the SEC is a great coach that deserves the utmost respect?

I can’t think of a “great” coach off the top of my head. When I think of “GREAT” I think of Saban, Bowden, Spurrier. Kirby is a good coach but he’s still a clown. I’m sure many people have lost a ton of respect for him. Kiffin is a good coach. Elko may be a good coach, remains to be seen.

How is Spurrier a better coach than Kirby Smart?

I consider Spurrier one of the greatest coaches in conference history but it's been a long time since he coached. I hated him at Florida. People are similarly in their feelings about Smart right now but he's a great coach.

He might be better but two national titles qualifies as great. Most coaches never even play for their conference title. These coach haters are funny.

Ryan Day was given keys to a Ferrari and has only eeked out one title.

Lincoln Riley was in the same boat at OU.

I’m not sure Kirby has surpassed Dabo just yet but he’s close and could do it this year.

This century, I’d go Saban, Urban, Dabo, Kirby

I think Kirby got to 100 wins faster than anybody. He was 112-20 coming into today, with of course the 2 natties and 3 SEC titles in not quite 10 years.

Which is nuts. He was taking over a stable program but wasn’t like the OU’s or OSU’s the other took over but wasn’t as bad as the Clemson or Florida programs either
