Others may disagree and that's fine, but IMO there's only one of those 3 coaches who is still at a program that can compete at a championship level. Day. That's how drastically NIL/Portal has altered the landscape. I'd rather be at Ole Miss than Georgia if I were a coach. But Kirby is making a STUPID amount of money.

For all of the people wanting to push out Heup. You may want to sell your house because you could make a lot of money over what you paid for it but what will you replace it with and at what cost. You will end up overpaying for a dump. FU an LSU are about to move into single wides with leaky roofs and paying for Mara Lago.
Unless you're a moron or a stupid journalist looking for clicks you should understand that Heup has been great for Tennessee and we are lucky to have him. We could have hired Dan Mullen, maybe these idiots are still want Chucky.

i just watched Tony on the Zone break down his decision to leave really simply. He said with the Giants job it's a 9-5 job and whatever extra you want to put in over it. He said the Tennessee job had become something entirely different. NIL/Portal has transformed the Head Coach position in college sports now. To continue to operate at the level Tony was it takes a lot of man hours. And there are certainly a ton of college head coaches who have to do a heck of a lot more recruiting of their own roster and babysitting to keep them out of the portal.

It's another reason I think these guaranteed contracts for coaches are such a really stupid idea for the program. For the coach, it's wonderful. Do you think it's easier to do what I just described or to walk away with 54 Million dollars to not do that like Brian Kelly just did. Do any of you think he knew the name of the father of his longsnapper? I bet Josh Heupel knows his. They probably have a relationship. Takes effort, sure. Anything worth doing does.

Didn't hear a peep from that Kelly after he got canned did we? If we did i'd imagine it would just be, "Deuces!"

Tony is as much a VFL as any player ever was. 8 years, 2 SEC titles 1 Natty he can wear the orange and white forever in my opinion and be at all the games when Giants are out of season.

Buy a farm with animals on it.............. Then you'll never have money for "projects"..... problem solved, ur welcome!

She would love a farm and to rescue. I would be dead by fifty from work and then working on a farm 24/7

I dont think anyone actually wants heupel fired. This narrative that people do want him fired is just 🐎 💩. You can say you want a coach to be better at certain areas or upgrade certain coaches without wanting the hc himself fired. It’s perfectly acceptable
