Actually, the last time I went to Paris I got a really bad case of salmonella. It took two different courses of antibiotics to kill.Didn't like the food? There are plenty of places in the US that an outsider wouldn't want to go, including some hollers in SWVa and EK.

And French food is overrated anyway
Indeed. Many cities in Europe are still fantastic. I really enjoyed Innsbruck and München on my last trip. But some other cities are best avoided. London, Malmo, and Birmingham all come to mind.I was in a couple of large cities in Europe 2 months ago and had a blast. The pearl clutching is funny to me
That is 1/3 of "registered voters" nationwide, not 1/3 of people who actually go to the polls and vote and most certainly not people who do that for a mayoral election. That article is about f***ing Congresspeople, of course many don't know who their local representative is. Please actually read the things you're citingIts not nonsense. 1/3 of voters don't know who the candidates are. That's a rather large chunk who are going to randomly or arbitrarily choose a canidate.
Clearly something that can weigh the votes of 1/3 of the voters, beyond policy, needs to be fairly handled.
It helps minority parties and helps voters that want to vote outside of the major parties. Certainly doesn't hurt voters. It's the most innocuous thing to get randomly upset about, and most people wouldn't be except that they started off outraged via Elon and feel the need to double downYour last is another issue I don't know if I covered. This helps the party. Not the voters. It gets the party more support without having inherently provided the voters with a better system or choice.
File this under the political manipulation side.
He's right, it doesn't account for the voters without Voter ID or Registration that are allowed to vote. That is 1/3 of "registered voters" nationwide, not 1/3 of people who actually go to the polls and vote and most certainly not people who do that for a mayoral election.
