Bout to find out if this works or not. Proof will be seen by 2027. I am betting for an exodus of wealthy people and hedge funds if the taxes do go up. If I am wrong time will tell.

No doubt. Domestic immigration is probably worse than actual illegal invader migration.

The best thing that could happen for this country would be to give this imbecile absolutely everything that he promised to do during his campaign. New York will be destroyed, but it would help prevent further widespread socialism in the U.S.

The more problematic outcome, IMO, is that he fails to do almost everything that he promised because he doesn't actually have the power as mayor to enact the overwhelming majority of his campaign promises. Then, you have liberals saying that wasn't so bad, and socialism spreads further.

He doesn't have the legal authority to do 2/3 of what he promised. He's the elementary school mayor. “ I will put coke in the water fountain.”

Honestly, I hope everyone in America watches this closely and sees the results of what happens when you allow idiots to take over your State. Not Voting isn't an option any longer.. If you care for your kids and their futures you better dang well teach them more than throwing a football and how to sing rocky top. These influencers pushing this wave of socialism will never have to use these systems they are pushing for. Our best hope is that NYC collapses and they are the example of how socialism is a path to complete destruction.

I think I believe George Will is right. Maybe Mamdani winning is a good thing. Every 25-30 years America needs a reminder of what a failure socialism is for all to see and it will be on full display when he can’t deliver on virtually anything he promised and what he does deliver on will turn to absolute chaos and revolt

Welp, glad we visited NYC last year when we did… probably won’t be going back now.. don’t have a great feeling about the crime aspect

My guess is that the new mayor won’t change much of anything, 90% of the things he campaigned on won’t even be sent to the city council for a vote.
