Would need a crap ton of help. Lots of teams to lose another game like the two loss teams. Would need bama Georgia ole miss to probably win out making oklahoma and texas have more losses. Vandy does not need to lose another game except for us. Would require some 2007 shi.

Win out and we MIGHT make it near the Top 15 if absolute chaos happens. Brutal to see OU at 12 knowing we would be right there. With the 9 game conference schedule I'm really starting to believe 9-3 might bump out a 10-2 Big 10 team in the next few years based off of tonight. Not saying I'm expecting to be a 9-3 program year in and year out but it's going to open the door down the road for being consistently in the dance. GBO🍊

Seeing teams like Virginia up ahead of us when they don’t play Alabama or Georgia really is crazy. They would have two more losses as well.

I mean yeah, it's probably not going to happen, but at least we are "ranked."

So far we have lost to every team we have played with a winning record. Even one of our midmajor teams fired their coach midseason.

Once again, the B1G has taken us southern boys down the dark alley. Thanks to $ankey and the eastern sports media the SEC will carve itself into second place with “inferior W-L records “ and increased rates of end of season injuries reflected in CFP rankings and home field disadvantages.

I’m not talking literal I’m saying they would have two more losses if they played our schedule. They would get destroyed by Alabama and Georgia. They wouldn’t even be ranked probably. Sure they may be at this point projected to be the top acc team but that’s beside the point. I don’t think they would beat us either just for hypotheticals.

I’m sorry but to have a team like Memphis not even be in the rankings get an opening round game (especially with their pathetic conference) really takes a lot of credibility away from this entire process. It’s borderline silly! The Vols….just a few plays away this season.

The Vols are also a few plays away from 4-5. A 12 team playoff should have a long-shot in the mix.
