Oklahoma Got Their Kicker Out of The Portal

ehhhhh.......I'd probably take another look around the room before deciding on him. Couldn't handle the daisy dukes, "mean mugging" (per herbie although I don't know who would be intimidated by that), and just the general overall aura that he probably wants people to call him by various pronouns and demand a separate locker room to change in............

Max is our guy, even when he wet's his panties before a meaningful kick.
Like it or not the game has changed and we mostly have a team of paid mercenaries like all the SEC. If a guy shows himself as inconsistent and undependable, then it’s time to see if there’s something better available. Can’t pay a guy to miss FG’s inside the 45. Tough reality, but that’s what comes with the pay.

If we wants to come kick consistent 55 yarders for us, he can identify as a pink unicorn and join the women’s swim team for all I care.

Imagine that. He was available and look what we have.
Not sure if he's got eligibility left, but I was impressed by the GaTech kicker. I'd grab him in a heartbeat if he's available. No offense to our guy, but given the way the year has gone for him, I think he'd benefit from a change of scenery.

The issue is that our line put 0 pressure on the kicker to change his trajectory. Zero. He didn't have to add any additional height and probably was able to lower it to make it over the goal post. There was no threat of a block.
