We have a good coach. Got us to the CFP last year. Has a good W-L record. Has an exciting-to-watch brand of football. Has made us competitive again. Recruits in the top 15. He inherited a total mess and undoubtably over-achieved his first two years. He's not going anywhere this year, nor should he. But his teams are incredibly undisciplined and inconsistent. Mistake prone at the worst times. Not physical enough when it's most crucial. He's 4-10 against our 3 biggest rivals. He prides loyality above results in his staff. He struggles with clock mgmt. And simply doesn't recruit at a high enough level to be elite. He's good for a top-end 3rd place finish in the SEC or a low-end 8th place finish in the SEC. It is what it is.

Other than Kiffin and Kirby who is better than Heupel in the SEC?

He made the playoff last year with a freshman QB. Hate to be the excuses guy, but he certainly needs more bodies. The roster is thin somehow, which I don't understand and he has one of the youngest rosters in the conference, maybe the country.

Y'all keep on saying we 'made' the playoff last year. We didn't.
We scooted our way in at the last minute with a big win over a Vanderbilt team that wasn't a playoff team and wouldn't have been even if they had beat us to end the year.
The Georgia game was where we could have 'made' the SEC title game.
And we fukked it off as per usual.
Then some losses late by Alabama and Ole Miss let us back into the playoff.
Keep the story straight.
We haven't made anything.
We haven't won anything either.

Heupel has Fulmerized the program yet again, blowing big games with pizz poor preparation, clock and play calling issues that most high school coaches understand, limited kicking game, minimal return yardage, lack of accountability, player development and mediocre coordinators and position coaches, nobody has been arrested yet, but the program is stuck in the mud with Heupel and this staff

aTm, Oklahoma (this yr), Bama, and possibly Vandy - we will see. Texas? Not sure.

I’m not asking for a coaching change, but idk if Heup can get us to the next level.

However, It’s a difficult task as there are 7-8 SEC fan bases who think they should compete for championships. The SEC is brutal.

Idk if TN will ever get to the level of Bama, GA, or Ohio St.

Aguilar and his teammates had a terrible night with the turnovers. That was the difference maker last night. End of story. I'll **** all over a coach when it's justified but last night was on the field more than not. Heupel likely lost the Vols the UGA game and arguably with Alabama game with the call that led to the 14 point swing, but the game last night falls on turnovers and lack of execution plain and simple

This is a mostly true statement. Time management and play calling supports your statement especially at the end of first and second halves. OU game last night was more so on lack of player execution.
