Going backwards in year 5. The Hype did the same at UCF. Probably the worst in game and clock management coach I’ve seen ever at TN except for maybe Dooley. It is what it is, learn to accept being pretty good but winning nothing worthwhile while he’s here. Bring on the basketball vols.

With our roster age, key injuries, and off-season drama, 7-5 was my "meh" pick and 8-4 was my slightly optimistic pick.

I certainly didnt think it would look the way it has, and that doesn't excuse a lot of things that fall on the coaches, but I'm not as frustrated as I thought I'd be.

So can we please stop with the playoffs talk now? If this is the best we can field at this point in the season we are an 8-4 team. We will lose one of Vandy or Florida.

We cut out a lot of cancer culture during the offseason too.

I will answer you out of respect but if I want to watch someone vent I’ll go to the ff
I actually enjoy watching football games. I prefer to win obviously but want to watch my team be competitive in losing. If we lose 4-5 games by one score then it’s been a way better season than losing those games by 35.

I can take losing to a team that actually beats us on the stats and scoreboard. I’m completely fed up with watching us beat our selves. Yes we have some youth. But we’ve played 9 games now and they should have it figured out. Sanders gets a pass because he just got back but he’s the only one.

Hey you do you, I have no problem with that. I just call em like I see em. I don’t think pointing out the fact that we’re going backwards in year 5 is irrational, but that’s just me.

I had us at 10-2 with an outside chance of 11-1 with a decent defensive effort and we actually could have finished that way or better, but we spit the bit. It just is what it is. Hopefully we can keep our good recruiting class in tact and hope for better days. We can still possibly finish 9-3 which certainly isn’t awful, not playing for anything significant but still a good season by most standards.

Sometimes I think he doesn’t know the rules. His clock management needs to be a class on what not to do.
