Nope, we beat Auburn. You know it, Auburn knows it, hell, my mother who doesn’t give a shite about CFB knows it. But, I will admit that UF got screwed, at least from what I saw. Doesn’t mean they would have won, but it certainly robbed them of the chance. I hate saying that, but it’s what I believe.Did you forget about the Auburn game?
Auburn should have been up 17-0 at halftime instead of 10-3, and then Kirby's "clap". Not saying yall wouldn't have won, but those calls sure did help you.Nope, we beat Auburn. That call was correct. The TV guys focused on #5 for Georgia's punch when actually #3 had already knocked it loose. Per The Athletic article there were 9 errant calls in that game. 5 in favor of Georgia and 4 in favor of Auburn. I didn't believe it either until somebody showed me slow mo at work. You can see #3's right hand is wrapped in a light tape where is fist is (and he is a black guy). Just before the ball crosses the plane you can see the tape on his fist disappear between Arnold's hand and the ball being dislodged. Arnold does not have control when it crosses the plane, or at worst, since it was called a fumble on the field there was not conclusive evidence that he still had control when it crossed the plane. #5 then knocked it back across. The Kirby clapping thing was bullshite though, but that made no difference in the game, the next play they called a questionable blind side block against Georgia and moved them back from inside the 5 and they had to settle for a FG anyway. Georgia ended the game with 2 unused timeouts.Auburn should have been up 17-0 at halftime instead of 10-3, and then Kirby's "clap".
