The Bad Boys would have dominated for several more years but the expansion draft took away Rick Mahorn when Orlando and Minnesota came into the league. Yeah they got one more Championship after that but imo it hurt the dynamic and chemistry of the team.

Everyone else had to offer up a player too. Hawks had to give up Reggie Theus and Trailblazers had to give up Steve Johnson.

Doesn’t matter to me. Texas still has to play at Georgia next week, A&M to end the season, with a pesky Arkansas sandwiched between. They aren’t winning all of those games. Vanderbilt still has to play us. It’s going to work out in our favor as long as we handle business.

As long as GT wins the ACC Championship, the ACC will be a 1 bid league. The Big Ten is looking like a 3 bid league. The Big 12 looks like a 1 bid league but could potentially get 2 in. ND will get 1. Group of 5 will get 1. That means the SEC will get 4, possibly 5 teams in and we will have some SEC vs SEC matchups in the first round. Knowing our luck we will get in but will be playing at Ole Miss or Georgia in the 7/10 or 8/9 game
