Just switched over to it and I assume the other guy is a Lefty since that's the general format for the show...Moynahan ...even he asked a great question:

I keep hearing this 42million Americans on stamps number. Is that 42 million separate CLAIMS/SNAP cards which would actually put the number of people allegedly on the dole at say 4x that? So half the Americans roughly at 170million OR is that the total number of people ALLEGEDLY being fed/fattened/headed for obesity on say 10 million cardholders paperwork??

EITHER number is unbelievable.

I dont believe there are only about 10M cards out there buying groceries with my taxes supporting 42M people....

Nor do I believe that there are 42million cards meaning 160million or so Americans...roughly HALF of ALL Americans...are getting groceries/hot pockets and garbage from 7-11 on the dole while the OTHER half of the country pays for it?

Either way its insanity. The bottom scenario is closer to reality IMO but if thats the case...that just like actually PAYING income taxes...that half this country works their azzes off to pay for the OTHER half to NOT work, AND half this country has to be thrifty and selective about what groceries they buy and disciplined about rarely eating out JUST SO the other half of us can stack their carts full of steaks and expensive junk foods ALL paid for by the other actually hardworking and disciplined half of Americans then I honestly want to revolt.

Nevermind the HUGE amount of fraud in these entitlement programs. Nevermind the significant portion of SNAP groceries that are traded for drugs at half value from what I have heard. As in $100 worth of steaks or whatever else the drug dealer wants from the store is traded for $50 worth of drugs. If the Republicans give in to SNAP for illegals we need to tar and feather them all. We can draw and quarter the Dems or put them on the "stretcher" too. Thieves. All of em.

If he is smart this will backfire on the democrats. If he is dumb, he will make himself look guilty when there is little he can do when the other side are playing extremism games. I look at this as an opportunity to finish what little credibility the democrat party has left and save some money in the process.
