I loved the Miami Heat breaking down the revolutionary offense on Amazon prime

That Memphis ran with great success last season. So much success that it got their coach fired for not kowtowing to 12. New Coach goes back to everything 12 likes, the team stinks, and he calls him out less than two weeks into the season.

I’d hate to say I told you so, but all the signs were there all along the way.

Watching the raptors (!) be better than the Grizz at 4/5 spots for most of the night was jarring. I haven’t liked anything they’ve done outside the core guys until (hopefully) Coward.

But I need to ratchet up the fact that Vince Williams is not an NBA player. I don’t know what anyone has ever seen in Santi so I’ll be generous, but he is not a rotation player on a good team. Wells is a developmental bench piece, not a starter. Jaren, Ja when available, and hopefully Coward are the only actual NBA rotation worthy players.

That’s inexcusable.

No, VW is not developing like hoped. Jaren isn’t centerpiece - no leadership and cannot, cannot, cannot stop dumb fouling.

Team has no identity. Like a mish mash of bad shooters, poor defenders, and weak rebounders.
