Anthony Rendon will finally be a free agent after next season. He has only played in roughly 36% of his possible games as an Angel but making $35M per season on average. Could you imagine only working 3 months out of the year for your job over a 7 year period and still getting paid your full salary? What a crazy world we live in. That contract basically prevented the Angels from contending and re-signing Ohtani.

I watched some very inappropriate AI press conferences featuring “my” coach today.
They were pretty funny.
My favorite was when he ended the press conference with “I can’t wait for the Dolphins to fire me and put me out of my f’n misery!”
