People always seem to think there has to be a reason (negative always) for someone leaving a good job/situation. Sometimes the reason is just "I wanted to try something different" but it's never enough to satisfy folks.

Subscriptions just keep adding up. I said it last night, but i'll be switching to Hulu Live today. Disney owns Hulu, I doubt I will need to keep switching providers.

True, but this is exactly what Disney wants. Force you off YouTubeTV and into their ecosystem where they will eventually increase the price on you. It’s a no win situation.

The YoutubeTV/ESPN thing is maddening because we all know this ends up with them coming to an agreement but at the expense of the consumer paying a 4th price increase for YouTubeTV in like 3 years. Can’t wait for $99.99 monthly YoutubeTV.

I just cancelled the YouTube TV and went with the ESPN/Fox bundle for $39. I think my YouTube was $49 when I first started and it’s over double now and I don’t watch any of what they have added.

My sister and I compromise so each doesn't have to pay $200 a month for streaming services.

She pays for YouTube TV, buys the Premium package so we can share
I pay for the Hulu Disney+and ESPN bundle.
I pay for Netflix, premium package so we can share
We split Prime Video cost.



Peacock everyone gets it no problem. If it's a family member just use the same email and password..

I preface this with I hate all cable/streaming companies and there are reasons I still have spectrum based on where I live but

I pay for spectrum and that gets me everything including ESPN Unlimited, Peacock, paramount, FOXONE, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, AMC.

My kids across multiple states use all the streaming apps which is all they care about and it makes my cable price reasonable as I used to pay for ESPN+, Peacock, HULU in addition to the cable I was already paying.

Before streaming the networks had to kind of work with the providers more. Dish, Direct, Comcast, etc. to make sure their channels were there or they wouldn't have viewers. With streaming the bigger companies (like Disney) are just trying to cut out everyone else and force consumers into a monopoly situation.

I know I’m gonna get told to “stop being the language police”, but here goes anyway.

I know most don’t understand it, or understand why, but I try to not take in foul language, try to avoid images that make my mind go places it shouldn’t, try to keep my intake pure, so what comes out of my heart is pure also.

I’ve stopped listening to sports talk because they feel the need to cuss. I’m close to leaving volnation because of it. Even when it’s “hidden” by ***** everyone still knows the intent, and as such I read those words I try to avoid in my head.

I’m sincerely and humbly asking if we could please at least not take the Lord’s name in vain on here???
