Yeah. I just wrote that off as Schiano being at OSU at the time.

If you guys really want to hate on Herbstreit, at halftime of the 2004 Auburn game he apologized on air to his friends and family for picking Tennessee. I remember being pretty upset about that back in the day, lol.

Apparently, YouTube TV has a SkyCast option. This shows the game entirely from the suspended cameras in the stadium that follow the action. There are no announcers, only the game sounds.

I will be utilizing this option on Saturday.

Fowler and Herbstreit are the best duo calling college football right now and there isn't a close second. Heaven forbid they compliment our opponents' players

Sorry but I don’t like Fowler as a PBP guy. Has nothing to do with his Manning comment. Herby is ok but I listen to Mike & Ramon now.

I don't think Fowler or Herby "hate" UT and I do think Fowler regrets his comment in 1997.

HOWEVER there are definitely some "I hate UT with a passion" people at ESPN including Greg McElroy, Roman Harper and Chris Doering and it comes across hard in their takes and broadcasting

I don’t want to hear the Brokeback Mtn duo broadcast.

I might just go to the game in an effort to protest the whole situation.

We might soon be able to use AI using John Ward and Bill Anderson’s voices in real time for future games. Imagine being able to pick your broadcast crew using AI for any game, any sport.

Tessitore gives me new found respect for Verne Lundquist. Gotta say, I did like Verne as a golf announcer, particularly on amazing shots from Tiger Woods. Great era.
