I was behind a car that ran over a small cat once and kept going. The cat limped off into a ditch and laid down. I stopped and she let me pick her up. I took her to a local vet and dropped her off. The vet kept her tor three days and said she had a hairline fracture of her hip and some bruising and did not need surgery, but needed rest. I took her home and the vet bill was $350. She let me finance it ( I was a broke student) at the time. She was healthy enough after six months the vet fixed her and gave her a clean bill of health. I was a night student at the time at TSU and working days. I named her Tiger Bell. She was the best cat ever and was by my side for nine years until I lost her to cancer. She was the only cat I've ever had, and she helped me through a lot of tough times. Cats are underrated.
As a kid who never fit in or had real friends my two best friends growing up were cats. One my mother adopted when I was a baby, the other I brought home from a neighbor who got rid of her as a kitten because she was sick.

I lost the first in middle school, in the toughest time of my life, she was my everything. Soon after I found a stray living in the sewer near my duplex, obviously pregnant. I begged my mom to take her in and give her a chance. She had 4 kittens two weeks later. We found her and her babies homes.

that's where my love of animals is ingrained, Misty and Mittens were my best friend's growing up, and many animals have come and gone since then. I'm a middle aged man but my eyes still water at their names and my first dog Max. I've dedicated much of my life to animals. I prefer their company to people, always have.

Thanks for taking me back down memory lane for a moment........ And bless you for helping the helpless.

Venables has been well known for figuring out the opponent's offensive signals since his days at Clemson. It's legal, so not complaining about him doing it since they're not going to Michigan levels to sign steal, but I want to point out that he's really good at it. Evidently Kiffin had his offense huddle and then snap the ball quickly after getting into formation so Venables wouldn't have any time to adjust what his defense was going to do. Hopefully Heupel has a good plan to combat this.
We have not been good at this in the past. Let’s hope that’s changed.
