I didnt say he would. He got a clean discharge. Lots more waiting in the woodpile for when he gets out though and since he cant be president the convictions will stick as long as they weren't related to his actions while president (for the most part). SCOTUS essentially said that anything he does in the official capacity as Pres he can't really get in trouble for. Thats the reason for the "Firings" he has done which netted a total of 0 in the end. None of them were legal and everyone was or will be reinstated. Most will sue the government and get a nice settlement. Hope those tariff coffers are full!
He won't be prosecuted again and I'd bet some serious money ($10 since I only drive a pickup) that his NY convictions are overturned on appeal.
