MJ, from his Tirico segment last night, re: load management:

Jordan said. "You know, I never wanted to miss a game because it was an opportunity to prove. It was something that I felt like the fans are there that watch me play. I want to impress that guy way up on top who probably worked his [butt] off to get a ticket or to get money to buy the ticket."

And now we have betting scandals.

Anyone familiar with good stores to get Tennessee gear between, say, Dandridge and the stadium?

We’re driving from Fort Mill SC so it’s already a 4 hour drive and I don’t want to make the drive even longer by heading further west into Knoxville to Alumni Hall etc.

Just need to get some new dark mode gear for the game and I don’t want to deal with the vol
Shop mess at the stadium.

These guys never play all 82 games because they are pre Madonna who don't care about the average fan...just give me my $40+ a year ...

Now Kevin Garnett and Antonio Gates were supposedly involved...

Going to be interesting to find out who else is involved. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s hundreds of more athletes involved.

Sometimes it makes you wonder….are these kids actually as good as we think or do they just look better when someone with BIG money is betting on them? Hmmmmmm

Basketball is the easiest sport to shave points. The occasional missed layup or Free throw can cost people lots of money or make people lots of money... Trust me these guys playing know what the spread is and the over/ under...

You can tell the guy watches a lot of football. I think he can be a fan boy, a bit. But its not so over the top (cough) Boogie, that its annoying. Cain can talk ball but he rarely does. Ainge just wants to talk Ainge. Swain just lives too far out on opinion island, a notch up from Bozsilio.

Austin's personality is grating, so in small doses he's good. Most of time I chalk it up as this is what young people sound like now.

He said in another interview he wished he were still out there, playing. Says he misses it everyday. When asked if he touched a ball since he retired, he calmly said 'no, well there was this time and (his) nephew's birthday. They asked me to shoot a free throw. So, i'm standing there nervous as heck thinking 'please dont let me look like a fool.''

'Did you make the shot?'

'Oh yeah....it went in.'

Buc-ee’s probably has Vol gear.
Other than that I am not sure of any place to stop

Especially in the WNBA, you can miss your layup and get your own rebound and miss the layup again and repeat the cycle all 6 times on one possession and no one questions her…
