I don’t know which boards they read but admin and coaches have low level staff monitoring msg boards and fans. Report back moods and any real dramatic statements. I’ve been called about things I’ve said that they didn’t like.

Many, many players (all sports) read them and actually view them as entertainment with all the outlandish comments and statements made by fans.

I mean in all seriousness if you wanted to go somewhere that doesn’t care about personal grooming or gluttony, then BR would be at the top of the list. And I grew up on the Coast so I say that with affection.

You should be more concerned about LSU, Florida, someone like that because they have the money to go after any coach they want.

The absolute worst scenario that I could see in this , is that we would end up with Golesh/ 7 million dollars and a new defensive staff. Before people come at me, I’m not saying that’s what I want. But I don’t think this is January of 2010.

Heupel will not go to VT over TN. Albeit some of these fans never learn and apparently need 20 kore years of pain and to be senior citizens before they get it so it seems.

Reacting to Rumors is a bad thing to do.
Common Sense applies here.
Sure every coach is criticized when things are not going the way the fans want it.
Stick to the reality. VT can give CJH everything he wants and I believe he would not depart the Vols for them.
One would think their first visit would be to Shane Beamer. I wonder why they have not.

Lots of forum members read threads for the same reason. It is great entertainment. There are lots of well thought out comments and information available also.

I agree about the agents. All these firings are like blood in the water for agents. As for Kiffin vs Heupel, that's actually an interesting comparison. Both are excellent offensive play callers and both don't give a squirt about defense. I wouldn't mind a kiffin return, but I tend to support Heupels focus on HS recruiting vs Kiffins dependence on the portal.
