'27 TN WR Kesean Bowman

Seems I remember a lot of whining when Heup promoted Pope!

Looking pretty good right now..
Pope is just a good man, first and foremost, and that seems to draw these kids in as much as anything. Integrity and authenticity. Keys said something to AP about CKP being a role model for "how to find a wife." 😂

Speaking of Bowman, Tennessee had momentum here before he decommitted from Oregon last week, and they only continued to build on this when they got him back to campus for UAB. Relationships are important in this one, and he has a number of strong relationships in Knoxville, but the resurgence of Tennessee’s vertical passing attack has his attention more than anything, in our opinion.

He will take visits to other schools this fall, but we expect him back in Knoxville at least once more. Tennessee has positioned itself nicely as the calendar gets ready to turn to October.

assuming this guy is on top of our board … wonder how many receiver spots will be open considering our current 26 commits

Cliff Notes:
One of the Tennessee Vols' top 2027 recruiting targets dropped a concerning quote after visit to ACC program:

Bowman also visited Miami this past weekend for what he called his "favorite visit so far".

My experience at Miami was great honestly, said Bowman to On3. “It’s been my favorite visit so far. Even though the game itself wasn’t as exciting as some of the other home games Miami has had, the overall atmosphere was still really good."

There's still a long way to go in Bowman's recruitment -- he won't officially sign with a program for over a year -- but that's still a concerning quote for Tennessee.

if kid is in love with glitz and glamour we wont win.

Miami actually has a surprisingly high hit rate with players from the state of Tennessee.
- Craig Cooper
- Carlos Armour
- Tyler Barron
- Corn Elder
- Jacobe Thomas

The kid that transferred to Bama at WR. He was good at Miami too.

Would love to see Bowman as a Vol, but 2 positions I will never worry about with Heupel is WR and RB. We’ll get our guys.

define what that means
if he wants the 'flash' of an Oregon, and or South Beach, we may not win. To my limited knowledge, we had knocked it out of park in this recruitment. And then he comes back and says 'Miami is best atmosphere.' Sounds like there is something he's looking for, that we may not have. I would say if our results, and what this offnse has shown and he still wants to go elsewhere, and he thinks that is a better atmosphere....you tell me.

i guess every kid has their own unique definition of glitz n glam

to me, 3 of the top 10 receivers in the sec, playing in front of 102k people is glitz n glam
