Vandy has averaged 24 points a game in conference play. We average almost 46 points a game

We have one of the worst defenses in CFB, and that is not negaVol hyperbole, it is a quantifiable FACT...also a FACT, the worst offense in the SEC just hung 34 and 500 on us.

We can win the game, I agree...but I don't think it's the likely outcome with this defense.

Get ready for us to make Pavia, Lagway and Mateer look like Heisman winners and their recievers and RBs look unguardable and unstoppable.

I have zero faith in this defense...I'm sorry, everybody knows I am not NegaVol, but that defense is disgusting to watch.

Everyone worried about OU but they beat a Michigan team that can’t score and played a night game at home.

And it took major cheating to beat Auburn at home. They should have three losses right now. And got dominated by Texas who can’t score either.

We run a similar scheme to Ole Miss with a. Better QB and they couldn’t stop ole miss at home. Good luck with Neyland at night

We are going to beat Vandy by 10 points. They have only won one SEC game on the road. It was SC and they knocked SC qb out early in the game. They have only outgained LSU in offense. They beat Missouri(knocked out their starting qb as well) 17-10 and only had 265 total yards. The next few teams they play all have weaknesses. I hope they win them all bc it is going to be so much sweeter when we whip them.

I hope you are right...I just have visions of our defense vainly flopping, falling and failing as everybody runs around and over them..

I will say if Kiffin wants a fanbase that's going to be there all 4 quarters....it would be LSU.

I also think Penn State would be a good spot for him, but I don't think he wants to be in a cold area like that.

I’m far more worried about playing in Gainesville than I am the OU game. That said, I still think this game will be close and I’ll need to go to confessions on Sunday thanks to this defense.

You can definitely make the argument that Penn St is a better job. We know it's an easier job playing in the B12.

I do think UF is the best job in the state of Florida though. We seen how good they can be with the right coach. Just hope they keep pissing down their leg with their HC hires.

Keep in mind that success with Urban was when FSU and Miami sucked. Plus, the administration at the time was actually stable. Now, it’s a show. So I’m not convinced it’s currently the best job in Florida.

See, the thing is, our roster is considerably better than 2021’s roster on the defensive side of the ball. That ‘21 defense ranked 90th in scoring and ypg with a much faster offense so they were also on the field longer. This year we rank in the 110’s in ypg allowed and ppg allowed with more talent on the defensive side of the ball and less plays per game as well.

Yea I don't have a clue why we are so bad this year. Even with the injuries, we shouldnt be this bad. This year has rang the alarm loudly that we need to invest in the safety and star positions. We need more talented kids in the backend.
