Tennessee vs Duke (Exh) Official Game Thread - 7pm ESPN2

I mean Duke treated it like a damn March game with their rotation.

I know Boozer played that long because of all the NBA scouts at the game. Barnes treated like an exhibition game & I think Ja’Kobi and Ament pressed a bit taking too many bad shots.

We will get better though, will be interesting to see if Carey, JP, & Burg play more minutes once things get going for real.

Agreed, going to need a 3rd scorer to emerge. Can’t just be the ament/gillespie show. Those are the 3 candidates I’d leg for additional scoring

Duke played some defense the 2nd half. TN didn't handle it.
Cold shooting, and getting out rebounded by Duke made the difference.
Free throws dismal early, but improved down the stretch.
No such thing as a good loss, even in exhibition; but this will keep TN under the radar for a bit.
Go Vols!
