Shoutout to our receivers tonight

They looked really good tonight. Only drop I recall was from one of the backs. Makes a HUGE difference when they catch the ball.

Also big shout out to Joey! I believe it’s the best game he’s played this year as well. GBO!

I remember one that hit one of them in the hands across the middle and was dropped. May have been a TE

If our receivers have their typical drops, then we could have had been in real trouble last night, especially without ky’s turnovers. Kudos to Joey and the receivers for an outstanding game!

Matthews demonstrated what he is capable of doing when he focuses on the catch and doesn't worry about getting hit, when they all work together, the secondary can't double team Brazzel all the time, good to see Joey whip the ball around rather than just focusing on the hot receiver at the time, keeps the secondary guessing.

Our remaining SEC games will be an adventure unless Banks figures out how to make his unit more competitive.
After 8 games, I think we are what we are on defense. We're soft, poorly coached and flat out awful tacklers.

Every time Joey throws downfield it looks like he’s heaving it as far as he can but he’s pinpoint accurate every time. It’s really impressive.
I noticed that last night too. One looked like he was throwing with every ounce of energy he had. If that had been Milton someone in Buckeye stadium would have caught it for a pick 6. Lol.

Looked like he’s been lifting this week. Didn’t notice an under thrown pass last night.
