#15 Missouri (6-1) vs #10 Vanderbilt (6-1) (3:30PM ET, ESPN)

If the Mizzou receiver jumped up and high-pointed the ball, then that's pass interference at worst, and a touchdown at best. Woody Hayes would say it's not a beach ball. So don't try to catch it like one. That's why.

Congratulations Missouri, you’re now one of the biggest wins in Vanderbilt history.

With the how the rest of the season looks and no starting QB, probably safe to say you can’t spell Music City Bowl without MU.

…who am I kidding, they’ll end up in Memphis.

The QB threw it out of bounds 4 times in the last 2 drives, and then threw it short of the end zone on a Hail Mary. There’s a reason he’s a 3rd stringer.
Think it’s more a case of he’s a true freshman and that’s about as good as you usually are going to get when they’re unexpectedly forced into a game?

So okay to be all over the player before the ball gets there? And the take down of the receiver behind him is okay.

I guess my thoughts are if that happens on a pass that is not a Hail Mary, it is called DPI.

The Vandy players were not attempting to catch the ball

I missed this game. I thought it was one Missouri would win in the end though.
Missouri starting QB broke his leg on 4th and goal at 1 and with the backup already out with an injury for the year, they had to go with the third string true freshman who’s only thrown a total of 6 college passes. So Vanderbilt just played stuff the run, dare you to pass.

(Hope they weren’t planning on redshirting him)

The way this season is shaping up, the Music City Bowl is going to end up with a 9 win SEC team.

Seems most teams in this league is either in the T25 or they completely suck. There is no in between

it’s football. Who would have thought Mizzou could lose 2 starting QB’s to season ending injuries, and their starting kicker. This makes the final 4 games us (Mizzou) interesting and maybe turns down the heat on us losing our coach to another job.

It very well might make what was probably at worst an 8-4 and at best 10-2 season into something in the range of 6 to 7 wins tops.
