Congresswoman Judy Chu says Biden has declared LA fire a national disaster.....and people can get assistance for recovery from FEMA and are available for fire management grants. Does this mean those in LA get a $750.00 check and thats it?

They have to fill out forms first & wait until they hear back later to see if your claims are accepted & if you are of the right color. If you are a Trump or a MAGA supporter forget about seeking any kind of FEMA management for help.

Where do they find people thinking illegals are a higher priority than american ppl?
Is there a school that teaches illegals in this country have more rights than american ppl? Why are democrats so persistent in upholding illegals having rights above americans?

Federal help after natural disasters doesn’t need to first support a bloated, inefficient agency to administer the assistance. 60 or 70% of FEMA’s expenditures over the last 30 years didn’t even go into the disaster relief fund.

states should pay for their own disasters especially because of the foolishness taking place in CA. CA wasted billions of dollars on illegals and other left wing foolishness but then have no money to pay for disasters so taxpayers in red states should have to pay for disasters in CA as CA continues to waste billions.

Exactly. When hurricanes roll Florida they should pay for it all. I'd go a step further and prevent outside of the state linemen from showing up too. Those folks clog up the highways and slow down traffic for the rest of us.
