Youtube TV losing ESPN?

Does the signal cut out often or during storms? I'll look into this if they can't get a deal worked out.
Yes, but that hasn't been too much of a problem during important sporting events. You can always switch over to a stream if it's prolonged. Most occurrences have been during a golf event in spring/summer

Can I just add how much I detest watching two billion dollar corporations going through the motions with their disgusting and greasy statements about how "oh it's not us, it's the other company who wants to hurt the American consumer." It feels like we have to watch the same stupid song and dance every football season because this contract or that contract is expiring. At the very least, all of them should just shut up about it and negotiate a price. No one believes any of the corporate BS. So shut up and get on with it.

Everything is PR, and nobody's buying it anymore.

Google needs to buy CBS or Fox if they want any leverage in these disputes.

Edit: I do not know if this possible. I just know that if they want youtube TV to be able to hold its own with Hulu (and we should all want them to compete so that the consumer doesn't lose) then they need their own valuable sports programming.

This is why I keep DISH w/Sling. Satellite TV and streaming for <$200/mo

Funny how these disputes always arrive during the fall. Live sports events are the only sure winners in today's TV ratings. Everything else is time-shifted. This will probably get resolved before the deadline.

They’ll get it worked out. The fact that anyone has dish or direct anymore blows my mind. They gouged for years. Now there are so many other options for half the price. I hope they tank.

A few years ago, I switched from Comcast to AT&T and they were really pushing direct tv with a dish. I said no way Jose, and ended up with U-verse, which I like a lot, but they are phasing it out now for the direct tv streaming version. I'm on You Tube TV now and prefer it to any other.

It"s always the same. YouTube and Disney will make a deal at the last second. They know if they don't they will lose a huge number of subscribers. It's to easy to push a button cancel a subscription, push another and start a new one.

Always know your next step....I have had. YTTV for like 8 years now. these issues are becoming more and more frequent as YTTV has a larger base of subscribers.

FUBO TV or Hulu + Live TV will be my backups if YTTV loses the Disney networks. I'll start on Friday before the football games with a 7-day free trial. If the dispute and disruption continues beyond that, I'll cancel YTTV and stay with the other carrier until the dispute is resolved. Then cancel the replacement service and go back to to YTTV...unless I just love the other streamer better but that would be a tall ask compared to YTTV.

But those regional channels on FUBO is something that interests me a lot.
