Can the dude lose some weight? i mean for health reasons alone and it would probaly give him a little fire and energy on the sidelines during the games. He wasn’t a big dude in college best i remember. And also shave or grow a beard out make up your mind, his look is so slobbish looking and unprofessional right now for being a major head coach at a big university.

I don’t hire people that are out of shape or unkempt. Period. With coaches, you have access to trainers, nutrition and facilities. And a crap ton of money. No excuse to look like bum. Heupel looks more like someone who is getting ready to open a bag of Funyuns and play 10 hours of Fortnight, than he is someone showing up for work.

Look at Barnes and his Staff. Look at Tony and his Staff. Look at Caldwell and her staff. Now he’s added Chaney? Between those guy and Chop, it looks like Chocolate fountain night at the Golden Corral.

There is nothing about coaching football, especially at a high level, that's good for a coach's health. The guys who do it for +15 years and still look healthy are metabolic & multitasking exceptions.
