No doubt gambling is invoked and I dare say refs and players could be invoked. The FBI just arrested a NBA coach and player for fixing games. The money is too big for humans not to be on the take.
When it’s obvious it should be investigated. Kirby calling timeout then says he was clapping. A SEC ref foundling the Alabama QB before a rival game with Tennessee. Come on it’s obvious something is not right. No accountability from the conference or refs when everyone watching sees what is happening.
The game of sports is tainted and gambling is obviously the reason.

Has the SEC made A statement confirming or denying? Their probably too busy looking at this weeks odds and determining the outcome.

So it is a circle of misinformation. The last person is telling the first person the thing the first person said.
Pretty much. lol kinda hard to believe some of these major outlets are running with the report from yellowhammer. Even read an article where a former head ref has came out blasting the SEC about it based on that article

Does "permanently suspended" mean FIRED. Sounds funny.
They’re not full time workers for the SEC itself. If I’m not mistaken, the referees the conference uses are all independent contract workers (contracted through companies that contract with schools, I think). Since he’s not an employee of the SEC, firing him is not really something they can do. So instead (if the story reported/originating from Yellowhammernews is actually true) they would be permanently choosing not to hire him to work future SEC games.
