Well, they systematically rid the front office of leaders so they are left with yes men, which is the way they wanted it.What a great Owner and leadership this team has. Feels good dont it.........better reduce that stadium size down to high school level.
you are correct..........and if you really knew how it transpired............oooof. Not saying I know all of it...............but lets just say I've heard "some" of it.....Well, they systematically rid the front office of leaders so they are left with yes men, which is the way they wanted it.
They could have given Mike Vrabel exactly what he got with the Patriots.
I trust Mike Vrabel better to manage his own personnel than any of the last 3 guys the Titans have given the job to. Vrabel sure was right about Ron. But I also think ownership was meddling far too much in personnel decisions so we can't fairly judge any of those guys' ability to do the job they were supposedly hired to do. And of course if Vrabel took control of personnel that would have stopped. I think, but you can think whatever you want, that that's why Vrabel is coaching with the Patriots, where he has control over his own personnel.
Same running backs? Levis had Henry his first year. And of course, he had Vrabel instead someone in the discussion for worst NFL coach of all time. Levis also got worse and eventually he was actively losing games himself.Cam has a better line that Levis did. Levis had better/more experienced receivers. Same running backs, Cam has better talent at TE.
While I agree he wasn't out in a great position comparing him and Levis can be done, and so far he has performed at a lower level than Levis. Levis had an the traits and tools as well.

That's not to say Ward's numbers aren't extremely concerning.
I thought Smith is or was projected as the number one pick in the upcoming draft? If he is available, we HAVE to draft him.Yeah, drafting another QB early after 1 year would be really dumb.
Hopefully, we can get No. 1 overall again and we can trade out this time. The Jets are gonna be desperate to get the best QB on the board, so there is a good chance we could really bend them over. Trade out with the Jets for three first rounders plus more. Then take Rueben Bain Jr. Hopefully the Jets are bad enough in 2026 to where we have a good shot at drafting Jeremiah Smith

Not really when you look at the depth and success rate. Maybe not with the first rd pick, but I’d do it again in the draft and let Levis walk.
Cushenberry and Ziegler have both been struggling of late. I can maybe give Cush some slack because it's the first season back from an Achilles tear. Ziegler however looks cooked. It's sad we have invested so much in the OL and it's still this bad. I feel like we could have pulled random names out of a hat in the draft the last 3 years and have come away with a better performing OL.Sunday I thought the offensive line looked improved except for Ziegler. Maybe there is some hope for consistent play with fewer penalties.
