Nothing new. Will share anything I hear. I don’t think he’s flipping coins or making pros and cons lists at this point. He must’ve decided by now. I assume agents and attorneys are working out the stay/go plans.

I had to leave for a meeting, but the turnout at the scrimmage was incredible. I'm now hearing not great things about ongoing Giants negotiations from a reliable source (I know, I know, they're all reliable until they're not), so my mood has taken a downturn. I sincerely hope the source turns out not to be reliable. I've tried to stay off the roller coaster and out of the speculation machine, but this afternoon has been hard.

It just reaffirms how much he loves it here. If he leaves, I'll be heartbroken, but I'm so thankful for everything he's done.

Listened to Ryan Schumpert on Fox Sports Knox today, he said if Vitello leaves he doesn’t think Danny White would hire Elander simply because he’s “Tony’s Guy” and DW thinks he can find someone who can do it. Also added while they don’t completely hate eachother, DW and Vitello aren’t friends either

What has to be tough is Tony knows the team he has coming this year and next.... I really do feel Tony's niche is College baseball and young men that are hungry... They match his mindset... The MLB does not at all

That would be the start of Danny's downfall. We would lose so many highly rated players and recruits so the new coach coming in would be starting from scratch. Hopefully it doesn't go that way. You can already feel the fans turning on Danny and that would drive them over the edge. In my opinion.
