If baseball had excess after securing the dudes they wanted/needed, it's perfectly reasonable to borrow from that account to jump-start WBB recruiting. Kim had such a big year in recruiting, largely because of those dollars (if the rumor is true).

The huge lift in WBB recruiting and success there sparks interests and donors. You then pay back the baseball account what was borrowed (with interest).

Maybe as AD you run this by the coaches first, but you're the money handler and the boss. You aren't asking permission. And in the end its something that helps everyone.

Next year's roster will be our best ever. Will 100% come down to QB play. Will George be ready or do you go with the true freshman? He would have to be really special for him to start.

If GMac weighed 20lbs more, he'd be ready right now, imo. He looked really good vs South Harriman Institute of Technology's 3rd string.

Eh. It’s last minute info about an open scrimmage on a work day in the afternoon. I do think some fans will show up but I don’t think it will be a ton because of the circumstances. But I don’t think that means anything about how this fanbase feels about baseball.

It's certifiably r-worded that this fanbase has made the TV/Giants thing into a battle of pitting against each other or attacking Kim Caldwell/WBB and/or Danny White against TV.

This doesn't have ANYTHING to do with them. This has to be one of the dumbest fanbases.

We want to fire the AD that has turned around literally every sport into a postseason threat. The .700+ football coach with a playoff berth and the #1 offense with 3 new receivers, a G5 QB, 4 new OL, and replacing the SEC POY at RB all because he's 5-2 with 2 Top 5 losses and he's fat.

If two grown a$$ men can't work together because they had a single disagreement then that's embarassing. Talk it out, work it out, move on. Be professional.

BTW, I think that's exactly what happened and has nothing to do with this potential move. I think 1. The idiot fans who think that's the case are the embarassing people who cant professionally handle conflict/disagreement and/or 2. People are just looking for someone to be angry at and blame.

Absolutely. Wide receivers will be insane. We will go from having four healthy right now to likely 8-10 four and five star receivers. QB will be the most talented ever but young. But I would roll with George unless Faizon comes in and he is unstoppable. It would be a good problem to have. If we hit on about 8-10 portal players for depth and starters, we will have a championship roster. No reason we can’t with all the turmoil.
